Management Team:

The Child Care Centre is registered under the names of Loren Class and Jodi Eden who act as the Centre's Directors. Both Loren and Jodi work part-time and take an active role in the running of the Centre. Daily operations are monitored by the Centre's Coordinator, Mrs Brenda Alcock, who has many years of child care experience and a Diploma in Children Services. These three staff form the management team of the Centre.

  Staff Team:

There are 12 staff working at Bright Beginnings Child Care Centre. We are proud of the staff team as each member of our staff is committed to providing the highest quality care possible to every child. All staff have a current police check. We adhere to the staff ratios set by the Department of Human Services. For children under 3 years: one staff member for each 5 children. For children over 3 years: one staff member for each 15 children. On average, there are 3 staff in each room of whom one is a trained staff member. Qualified staff is responsible for the overall running of the room and the program offered to the children. Assistants often have completed some training or are undergoing training part time. We always try to use our own relief team wherever possible in the case of staff absences to minimize disruption to the children.
